Introduction

• Feature Overview: Click to-do is an AI-powered feature designed to help users perform actions more swiftly based on on-screen content.
• Availability: Starting with the May 2025 update, available on Copala Plus PCs with the latest Qualcomm and Intel AI processors.

Enabling Click to-Do

1. Open the Start menu and navigate to Settings.
2. Go to Privacy & Security and open the Click to-do page.
3. Turn on the Click to-do toggle switch.

Accessing Click to-Do

• Through the Start menu by searching for "Click to-do."
• Use the Windows key + Q keyboard shortcut.
• Press Windows key + left click on the mouse.
• Access via the Snipping Tool when capturing a screenshot.

Pinning to Taskbar

1. Find the app in the Start menu.
2. Right-click to pin it to the taskbar for quick access.

Using Click to-Do

• Content Requirement: Ensure content is visible on the screen as the feature does not work with minimized windows.
• Toolbar: Provides options to search for keywords or use voice search if a microphone is available.
• Actions: Select text or images to perform actions like copying, opening with different apps, or converting text to a web search.

Features

• Microsoft 365 Integration: Send selected text to Microsoft 365 Copilot for various tasks like composing prompts or summarizing.
• Text and Image Options: Copy, save, share, or perform visual searches. Utilize features like blur background, erase objects, or remove background with relevant apps.
• Data Handling: Initial AI analysis is done locally. Data for web searches and other functions are sent to the cloud based on selected actions.

Security and Privacy

• Initial analysis performs locally without data sent to Microsoft.
• Temporary files are created and later deleted after operations.
