How to Check Your DoorDash Gift Card Balance

This is a brief guide on how to check your DoorDash gift card balance using both a computer and a phone.

On a Computer

1. Open your browser and go to doordash.com.
2. Log into your DoorDash account.
3. Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
4. Select "Payment" from the dropdown.
5. Under "Payment Methods," your gift card balance will be displayed (if you have already redeemed a card).

On a Phone (DoorDash App)

1. Open the DoorDash app and log in.
2. Tap on "Account" at the bottom.
3. Select "Payment."
4. Under the "Gift Card" section, you will see your current balance.
5. To add a new gift card:
   • Tap "Add Gift Card."
   • Enter the 11-digit code.
   • Tap "Redeem" to add it to your balance.
