Steps to Convert Word to PDF

1. Using Export:

   • Go to the File menu.
   • Click on Export.
   • Choose Create PDF/XPS Document.
   • Click Create PDF.
   • Name your file and click Publish.
   • Your document is now saved as a PDF.

2. Using Save As:

   • Go to File, then click Save As.
   • In the File Type dropdown, select PDF.
   • Save the file.

Additional Notes

• Either Export or Save As methods will produce a PDF.
