How to Cancel a Netflix Subscription

On a Phone

1. Open the Netflix app.
2. Tap on My Netflix located at the bottom right corner.
3. Tap the three-line menu icon at the top right corner.
4. Scroll down until you find the option for Cancel Membership.
5. Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription by pressing Finish Cancellation.

On a Computer

1. Open Netflix and click on your profile icon at the top right.
2. Select Account from the dropdown menu.
3. Navigate to the left side menu and click on Membership.
4. Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription by pressing Finish Cancellation.

• After cancellation, you will retain access to your Netflix account until the end of your current billing period.
