How to Temporarily Lock Your Keyboard in Windows

Windows 11
Access Settings:
Open Windows settings.
Click on Accessibility.
Keyboard Settings:

Configure Filter Keys:
Turn on Slow Keys and Repeat Keys.
Leave Bounce Keys off.

Access Settings:

Turn on Filter Keys and configure similar settings as in Windows 11.
Windows 7
Access Settings:
Click the Windows start menu button.
Type "filter keys" and select "Ignore repeated keystrokes using Filter Keys."
Configure Filter Keys:
Enable Filter Keys, Repeat Keys, and Slow Keys.
Set Slow Keys wait time to 20 seconds; ignore repeated keystrokes.
Apply and confirm settings.
