How to Install Microsoft Office 365 in Windows 11

Follow these steps to successfully install Microsoft Office 365 on your Windows 11 computer. With this suite, you'll gain access to Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and more.

Steps to Install

1. Access the Microsoft Store

   • Click on Search at the bottom of your computer screen.
   • Type in Microsoft Store and select it from the search results.

2. Locate Microsoft 365

   • Once inside the Microsoft Store, use the search function at the top.
   • Type Microsoft 365 into the search bar.

3. Subscription Requirement

   • Note that a subscription is necessary to access Microsoft Office 365.
   • Options include a monthly or yearly subscription. Example: the Personal Plan.

4. Installation Process

   • After selecting Microsoft 365, click on it to proceed.
   • If you already have a subscription, press Install.
   • Wait for the download to complete and respond to any security pop-ups.

5. Completion

   • Once installation is finished, a confirmation message will appear notifying you that you're all set.
   • Close the installation window and exit the Microsoft Store.
