Three important hidden columns in the data table contain formulas.
Tune In Years Calculation
:
Formula used in the "Tune In Years" column calculates the difference between the joining date and the exit date if the status is 'exited'.
Pivot Table Creation

Add "Tune In Years" to rows and values.
Filter by 'exited' status.
