How to Factory Reset Sonos Sub Mini

Objective

Step-by-step guide on performing a factory reset on the Sonos Sub Mini.

Instructions

1. Disconnect Power

   • Unplug the power cable from the wall side of the Sub Mini.

2. Press and Hold Infinity Button

   • Locate the Infinity button (the only button on the Sub Mini).
   • Press and hold the Infinity button.

3. Reconnect Power

   • While holding the Infinity button, reconnect the power cable to the Sub Mini.

4. Watch for Light Sequence

   • Continue to hold the button until the LED light begins to blink white, then changes from white to red. This will take a few seconds.

5. Release the Button

   • Once you see the white-to-red blinking, release the button.

6. Wait for Reset to Complete

   • Wait until the LED changes to blinking green.
   • Blinking green indicates that the factory reset is complete, and the device is ready for setup with the Sonos app.

Notes

• After resetting, set up the Sub Mini again using the Sonos app.
